Cristina Cattaneo, PI of the research project Penny, focused on behaviour and energy consumption in European countries, wanted to have an online app to showcase some of their results.
To add a degree of interactivity to the tool and make it more engaging, we decided to implement a customized online survey, based on the peculiarities of this research. A few, very similar questions related to energy habits, but for a set of different topics (appliances, lights, temperature etc) allow the user to compare its response to the replies of the sample surveyed during the project.
In the results page, the user can then play with the data to try different aggregations and see how the results do change.
